Refund policy

Tarot & Love sells digital readings only. Nothing is physically shipped — every reading is prepared for your question and delivered to your email inbox, worldwide.

All prices are shown in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional VAT or duties at checkout.

Each reading is personally prepared and delivered digitally. For this reason, readings are non-refundable once they have been delivered.

By completing your purchase you ask us to begin and deliver your reading immediately. Where a statutory cancellation or "cooling-off" right applies (for example, for consumers in the EU or UK), you acknowledge that by requesting immediate delivery of digital content you lose that right once the reading has been delivered.

If your reading has not yet been delivered, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

If you feel something went wrong, please reply to your order confirmation email. While delivered readings are non-refundable, we're committed to making things right — including, where appropriate, a complimentary follow-up for clarity. We reserve the right to decline service in cases of abuse.
