To run our store and deliver your reading, we share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers, including our store and payment platform, our email delivery service, our data hosting providers, and the technology services we use to prepare and deliver your reading. Each processes data only on our behalf.

 

International processing

We serve customers worldwide. Your information may be processed and stored in the United

States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this policy wherever it is processed.

How long we keep it

We keep your order details for as long as needed to provide and support your purchase. We remove the personal identifiers you provide — your name and email — from the question you submitted within 30 days of delivery. We may retain the question itself, in anonymized form no longer linked to you, to understand the themes our readers care about and to improve our readings and content.

Your choices

You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal information by emailing us. We'll respond as required by applicable law.
