Your reading is written and delivered to your email inbox, shortly after you complete checkout. There's nothing to schedule and no call — just a considered, written message you can keep and return to.
How fast is delivery?
Readings are delivered to your inbox shortly after checkout, usually within an hour. If anything ever delays your reading, simply reply to your order email and we'll help.
What do you need from me?
Just your question. You'll share it at checkout. We don't ask for your birth date or other personal details — only what's needed to write your reading.
What can I ask about?
Most people ask about love, relationships, career, or a decision they're weighing. Ask about whatever is on your mind. Please note we can't offer medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Can I ask about another person?
Yes. Many readings explore a connection with someone else — share what you'd like to understand about the situation, and your reading will focus there.
What kinds of questions work best?
Open-ended questions work best — try "What should I understand about…" rather than a yes/no question. The more context you share, the more focused and personal your reading.
What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic is a concise three-card reading with an overall message. Premium goes deeper: detailed cards, hidden obstacles, strategic advice, and a reflective look at the themes of the months ahead.
Is my question kept private?

Do you offer refunds?
Because each reading is personally prepared and delivered digitally, readings are non-refundable once delivered. If something isn't right, reply to your order email — we'll always try to make it right.
